REVISION - Client Feedback Kit | USAGE AND TERMS | v3
Solo AI Content - soloaicontent.com - @soloaicontent

WHAT THIS IS
A free prompt and a table for one job: when a client gives you conflicting feedback on Slack, by email and in a meeting, it helps you see which requests are clear, which need confirmation, and what question to send the client. You make the decisions.

FILES
- REVISION_START_HERE.pdf : three pages. The problem, three steps, the six columns of the table, and a small example.
- REVISION_PROMPT.txt : the prompt. Copy it into your AI tool.
- REVISION_TEMPLATE.csv : an empty table with the six columns. Comma-separated. Edit it freely.
- REVISION_EXAMPLE_fictional.csv : the same table, filled in for the fictional example in the guide. Open it to see what a finished table looks like.
- USAGE.txt : this file.

HOW TO USE IT
1. Gather what was agreed (pages or deliverables, revision rounds included, which round this is, who can approve changes) and the client's feedback as text. Label each part Slack, Email or Call notes, and add the date.
2. Open REVISION_PROMPT.txt, copy the prompt into your AI tool, and replace the two [PASTE ...] parts.
3. Read every row of the answer. Check each quote against the original message. Check the scope against your real agreement.
4. Start only the items under START NOW. Send the client only the questions under WAIT.

SAVING THE TABLE (OPTIONAL)
The AI gives you a table in a code block. To keep it:
- Option 1 (simplest): copy the whole table, paste it into a plain text file, and save it with the name you like and the ending .csv.
- Option 2: open REVISION_TEMPLATE.csv in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers. It already has the header line. Paste only the rows BELOW the header from the AI's table, so the header does not appear twice.
When you open or import the file, choose "comma" as the separator, and UTF-8 if you are asked for an encoding. In some Excel versions set to a European language, double-clicking a CSV file splits columns on semicolons; use Data > From Text/CSV and pick "comma" instead. The file has six columns: REQUEST, SOURCE, EXACT WORDS, STATUS, CAN WE START?, QUESTION TO CLIENT.

WHAT THE STATUSES MEAN
CLEAR: the messages agree, or there is one clear instruction.
CONFLICT: the messages disagree. A postponed decision ("let's see it without and decide") does not settle a conflict.
UNCLEAR: a question, a "maybe", "decide later" or a vague "sounds good".
CHECK SCOPE: it looks like extra work beyond what was agreed.
CAN WE START? is Yes only when the request is CLEAR, inside the scope, and your text shows who decided it. If the scope or the person with authority is unknown, the answer is No.

ABOUT THE EXAMPLE (PDF and REVISION_EXAMPLE_fictional.csv)
- The client, the project and the messages are fictional. They were invented for this demonstration. No real client is involved and no commercial result is claimed.
- The table is one complete run of the EARLIER version of the prompt (v1) on those messages, shown without changes except that a typographic dash in the SOURCE column was replaced by a plain hyphen. I checked each quote against the messages.
- The prompt in this kit (v2) is stricter: it answers No when the scope or the person with authority cannot be determined from your text. I have not re-run the example with it.
- I have not tested the kit on real client threads or on other AI tools. Try it on a small, anonymised example first.

BEFORE YOU PASTE ANYTHING
Do not paste passwords, confidential files or personal data into an AI service unless you are allowed to and you understand that service's data and privacy terms. Remove or replace names, emails, phone numbers, prices and contract text you do not need. Get permission before using call transcripts.

YOU STAY IN CHARGE
- The AI does not know your contract unless you tell it. Check scope questions against your real agreement.
- The AI should not decide who has authority on the client's side. You know who signs off.
- The AI can misread a message or put it in the wrong box. The exact words are in every row so you can check them.
- Check the result before you act or send anything. This kit is not legal advice and it does not replace a conversation with your client.

TERMS OF USE
You MAY:
- use the prompt and the table in your professional work, and adapt them to your needs;
- copy the prompt into your AI tool;
- use the kit inside your own business;
- give your clients the results and the filled-in tables you make for their project.

You may NOT:
- sell the kit, or any part of it;
- republish or redistribute the blank kit (the prompt, the template, the example, the guide or this file) as a free or a paid resource;
- put the blank kit into a library, a course or any product that is redistributed;
- remove the Solo AI Content attribution, or present the kit as your own creation.

What you create with the kit is yours. I claim no rights over your data or over your own work, and I collect nothing from you through these files. There is no password, no tracking and no watermark. These terms are a plain statement of how the kit may be used. I do not try to make copying technically impossible, and I do not promise that it is.
